O nama | Chamber of Health Institutions of Serbia

The Management Board, as a governing body of the Chamber, comprises all types of healthcare institutions, and there is an appropriate territorial representation provided.

The Management Board has 53 members.

A Chamber’s member shall be represented on the Management Board through its representative, who is, as a rule, the director of a healthcare institution or a person authorised by the director.

At the constituting session, the Management Board shall elect Chairperson and Deputy Chairperson of the Management Board among its members.

The Management Board defines proposals of the Chamber’s Articles of Association and other acts adopted by the Assembly, passes the act on the organisation and work of the Professional Service and its Rules of Procedure, decides on the appropriation of chamber’s funds,  participates, representing the interest of the Chamber’s members, in the procedure of the passing of a general act defining conditions and criteria for the conclusion of contracts with the members – healthcare institutions, when contracting and financing health care, launches initiatives for the passing of laws and amendments to laws and other regulations and health-policy measures, elects and appoints, on the basis of conducted public competition, the Chamber’s Secretary and absolves him/her prior to the expiry of the mandate, and performs other tasks defined by law, the Chamber’s Articles of Association and other Chamber’s general acts.

The Chamber’s Management Board, for the purpose of more efficient work and performing of certain tasks, shall establish:
