The Chamber’s Supervisory Board controls the legality of the Chamber’s work and operation.
The composition of the Supervisory Board, consisting of 5 members, is determined by the Chamber’s Assembly among the representatives of the Chamber’s members.
The Supervisory Board controls the implementation of the Articles of Association and other Chamber’s general acts and of decisions reached by the Assembly and Management Board; the using of the Chamber’s funds, and its financial operations, the exercising of rights and complying with the obligations of the Chamber’s Professional Service and the work of the Chamber’s Secretary and his/her Assistant, and performs other tasks delegated to it by the Chamber’s Assembly or further to is own initiative.
