The Chamber’s Assembly is the highest body of the Chamber and, as a rule, comprises the directors of healthcare institutions, members of the Chamber.
The Chamber’s Assembly shall elect among its members the Assembly’s Chairperson and Deputy Chairperson, for a four-year mandate.
Based on its Activity Plan, the Assembly shall define activities and direct the Chamber operations.
The Chamber’s Assembly shall pass: the Articles of Association, its Rules of Procedure, Activity Plan, Financial Plan, Annual Report on Financial Operations,
define the composition of the Management Board and Supervisory Board, elect and absolve the Assembly’s Chairperson and Deputy Chairperson, perform other task set forth by the law, these Articles of Association and other Chamber’s general acts.
The Assembly shall perform certain tasks pertaining to its sphere of competence through its commissions:
- Statutory Commission and
- Personnel Commission
The Chairperson of the Assembly is Dr sci. med. Dejan Stanojević, MD, MSc, the director of the Special Hospital for Treatment and Rehabilitation "Merkur" in Vrnjačka Banja.
The Deputy Chairperson of the Assembly is Dr. sci. med. Milorad Jerkan, director of the Primary Healthcare Centre Niš.
